OK, so for a while now I have been suffering from heartburn I have no idea where this is coming from but it started out mild now it's gotten worse.......UGH! I can't seem to eat or drink anything without getting heartburn and it's the type that creeps up on you......not cool.
I have been living with antacids for like forever and it seems as if they aren't working too good either. The older I get the more things get added on......LOL LOL
So any suggestions out there?
I really want to stop taking the antacids and for once not suffer from heartburn.
On a different note I was watching a movie and the scripture that was quoted was:
1John 3:18 - Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.
How awesome is that, in other words ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. There is no other explanation for this verse. I really enjoyed it. I think it's so important for us to show love to one another and not just those people we know but also to perfect strangers. Take the time to just smile at someone today even if the person has a mug on their face, you know we don't know what that person is going through or has gone through and even if they don't smile back I am sure they will think, even if for a split second about the person who took the time to just show them a little love.
