Day 2

We are always so preoccupied with our own lives that we don’t take time out to extend a hand to others. Sometimes it’s only a smile that someone needs; sometimes people don’t want to hear about God they want to see God.
God dwells in each and every one of us and I have known that since I was saved, however I really didn’t know what that truly meant, now I do. Have you ever stopped to think how God reveals himself to an unsaved soul?
I think a lot of times He reveals himself through a saved soul, a Godly man or woman. Think about it God made us in his likeness (Genesis 5:1), so when we say we can’t touch God nor see Him, that’s not entirely true we see and feel God through each other, it’s like we are his representatives.
So when we look at someone and make fun of them or just judge them because they are not at your level (sort of speak) we are showing that God makes fun of people or that He is judgmental.
Would you have followed God if He had been revealed to you to you in that way? I know I wouldn’t have, you see like Pastor said we are constantly being watched and the way we are is the way we are representing God. We need to look beyond what is in the natural and see all things in the spiritual.
I feel that we as a body need to really think about this and start showing those that are not saved who God really is and just stop talking about it.
Let us be true representatives of God, let us show Love and compassion. Let’s begin with the House and then we can take it out to the streets.
